Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items (hygiene & safety) For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned if opened or used: moxa sticks, wellness patches, body care products, and any personal wellness items. This only applies to opened/used items — unopened items in original packaging are fully returnable within 30 days.

How to start a return Contact us at care@purenook.beauty. We will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

EU customers (14-day cooling-off) Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason. Contact us at care@purenook.beauty to cancel. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of cancellation.

UK customers Under UK consumer law, you have 14 days to cancel your order from the date you receive the goods. Contact us at care@purenook.beauty to cancel.

Handmade & Custom Items Policy
All items in our store are handmade with care and crafted to order. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, the following cancellation and return policy applies:
• After dispatch: Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. Each piece is individually handcrafted and cannot be restocked or resold.
• Before dispatch: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, a 10% craftsmanship fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the materials and labour already invested in your order. The remaining balance will be refunded in full.
• Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will resolve it promptly — whether that's a replacement or a refund.
